Mykola Kolisnyk leaves the Ministry of Energy – Cabinet of Ministers

On February 25, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed Mykola Kolisnyk from the position of Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine. The relevant order No. 173-r was also published on the government’s website.

The Ministry of Energy confirmed Kolisnyk’s dismissal in a comment to ExPro.

Kolisnyk was dismissed at his own request. The reasons for his resignation have not been disclosed. ExPro continues to monitor the situation.

Over the past six years, Mykola Kolisnyk held senior positions at the Ministry of Energy, focusing on the implementation of EU legislation and gas supply security. He served as the Ministry’s representative to the International Energy Charter.

Mykola Kolisnyk was responsible for the oil and gas sector at the Ministry of Energy. As Deputy Minister of Energy, he has been replaced by Anna Lihun.
