Maksym Kvasolya to replace Lyudmyla Kuchmenko as CEO of Geo Alliance Group

Geo Alliance Group announces changes in the Group's management team. Lyudmyla Kuchmenko is leaving the position of the Head of Geo Alliance Group and moving to other projects of Eastone and Interpipe. At the same time, she remains on the Board of Directors of Geo Alliance.

Lyudmyla Kuchmenko worked her way up from a financial specialist to the position of Group CEO of Geo Alliance in 2013, shortly after the strategic partnership between Geo Alliance and Vitol began.

Under Kuchmenko's leadership, Geo Alliance has become one of the leading private gas producers in Ukraine, expanded its asset portfolio by signing the PSA for the Sofiyivska oil and gas field, and proved to be not only an efficient and profitable, but also a socially responsible and transparent business.

Maksym Kvasolya has been appointed as the new CEO of Geo Alliance Group, having served as the CFO of Geo Alliance since 2014 and having held finance positions at Interpipe and Eastone for more than 12 years.
