Maksym Bilyavsky was appointed Communications Director of Naftogaz Group

Maksym Bilyavsky became the Director of Integrated Communications of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC. He will be responsible for the Foreign and Domestic Communications Policy of the Naftogaz Group and will be a spokesman of Naftogaz NJSC.

Maksym Bilyavsky has over ten years of experience in various positions in the oil and gas industry. In particular, he started his career in the field of operation and dispatching of the main gas pipelines. Later, he headed the Public Relations Department of Ukrtransgaz JSC, held the positions of HR Director of the Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine, and adviser to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry.

Before his appointment, he worked as a leading expert at the O. Razumkov Ukrainian Institute of Economic and Political Research.
