In May, Ukraine almost doubled its electricity imports

In May 2024, Ukraine almost doubled its electricity imports compared to the previous month - to 448,000 MWh.

The export of electricity in May decreased by three times - to 3878 MWh (there has been no export since May 12).

The largest share in the import structure was taken by Hungary - 45.8%, the smallest - by Moldova (7%).
