GTSOU received UAH 2.8 billion in net profit in 2024

GTS Operator of Ukraine LLC received UAH 2.8 billion ($66.64 million) in net profit in 2024, according to the company's financial statements.

On April 4, the GTSOU Supervisory Board recommended that the General Meeting (Ministry of Energy) approve the financial statements for 2024.

GTSOU appealed to the Ministry of Energy with a proposal to agree to allocate 75% of net income, or UAH 2.1 billion ($52.31 million), to pay dividends to the state budget of Ukraine.

"Despite the end of natural gas transit, which had a significant impact on the impairment of the company's assets at the end of the reporting year, the company made a profit of almost UAH 3 billion last year and is ready to pay substantial dividends to the state budget. This is the contribution of the entire GTSOU team to strengthening the defense capabilities of our country," said Dmytro Lyppa, GTSOU CEO.

The statutory audit of the GTSOU was conducted by the independent audit firm Crowe Erfolg Ukraine. The audit resulted in an unqualified audit opinion.

As a reminder, in 2023, GTSOU earned a net profit of UAH 11 billion ($300.94 million), of which UAH 5.64 billion ($154.25 million) was paid to the state budget in the form of dividends.
