EDF Trading expands by 15.5 % while exporting 29.3 mil kWh over first 7 months of 2018
The international power trading company EDF Trading, a daughter company of France’s EDF power generator, has increased its power exports from Ukraine by 15.5 %, having exported 29.3 mil kWh over the first 7 months of 2018.
Starting this year, in January, February, and July, the company was buying power from Ukrinterenergo State Foreign Trade Company at $48-$55 per one MWh, and exporting it to Hungary’s hubs. Additionally, in April, May, and June, EDF Trading was exporting power from the DTEK Group’s generating facilities to Romania.
