Household customers of Kryvorizhgaz JSC and Kharkivmiskgaz JSC are transferred to the Naftogaz Group, the press service of Naftogaz reports.

In this regard, all clients will receive accounting services from Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC.

Naftogaz draws attention to the fact that every month from the 1st to the 5th of the month, the number of gas meter readings must be transmitted using the my.gas.ua personal account or in Viber or Telegram chatbots.

The company emphasizes that any other accounting services are not correct and will not work.

Consumers can get reference information at the contact center of Naftogaz of Ukraine, as well as at customer service centers.
