Chernyshov welcomes the Government's decision to approve the Action Plan for the OECD Program implementation

Naftogaz Group Chairman Oleksiy Chernyshov welcomes the Government's decision to approve the Action Plan for the implementation of the OECD Program for Ukraine. He announced this on his own Facebook page.

The plan envisages harmonization of national legislation on corporate governance at state-owned enterprises.

"This decision once again emphasized that Naftogaz is on the right track. Effective governance in the Company is a necessary condition for development. The goal is to make the Naftogaz Group a leader in corporate governance," Chernyshov commented.
