Chernyshov held a meeting with trade union representatives

Employees of labor professions are the main asset and driving force of Naftogaz in the current conditions, we need to maintain the appropriate level of remuneration for them. This was emphasized by Oleksiy Chernyshov, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine, on March 21, 2023, during a speech at a meeting of the Central Council of the Ukrnaftogaz trade union.

"The main task of Naftogaz now is to increase production. That is why our attention is now focused on our heroes - workers in labor professions. Today, they are the backbone of the company, and it is they who bear the heaviest burden in connection with Russia's armed aggression. It is important for us to provide better conditions for this category of employees," said Oleksiy Chernyshov.

He emphasized that everything possible will be done so that, even despite the war, the wages of workers in labor professions will increase this year.
