Chernyshov discussed the integration of the Ukrainian gas market in the EU with the Italian ambassador

The Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC held a meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Italy to Ukraine Pier Francesco Dzadzo. Chernyshov noted that Ukraine has all the necessary components – resources, storage facilities, and a transportation system – to become an energy hub in Eastern Europe.

At the same time, Italy is capable of becoming an energy hub in the south of the continent.

"Italy is an important partner of Ukraine in building a new European energy security architecture," Chernyshov added.
