Centrenergo has elected 3 more new members of the Directorate

The state generating company Centrenergo has elected three new members of the Directorate – Oleksandr Hovorun, Serhiy Kolesnikov, and Dmytro Olefir. Also, the powers of Maksym Fedotov and Oleksandr Shaitan have been extended by April 1, Centrenergo published the corresponding message.

As reported, Maksym Fedotov has held the positions of assistant lawyer, head of the legal department of ONK-Group, Head of the Legal Department of Artlex-Energy, head of the Legal Office of Fedotov & Partners for the last 5 years; Oleksandr Shaitan has held the positions of director of Gosvuhlepostach, Engineer of Ukrmetrteststandart, deputy chairman and acting chairman of the State Export Control Service for the last 5 years Regarding the new members of the Centrenergo's Directorate, Oleksadnr Hovorun was a consultant-expert on operational issues at the Main Directorate of the Corruption and Organised Crime Countering at the State Security Service of Ukraine (MD COCC SSSU), deputy head of the MD COCC SSSU Department in the Chernihiv region, and head of the 1st MD COCC SSSU Department in the Chernihiv region.

Serhiy Kolesnikov was chief engineer of Trypillya TPP, included in the structure of Centrenergo, and Dmytro Olefir in the last 5 years held the positions of deputy director of the Commerce Department and director of the Commerce Department of Ukrhydroenergo, and adviser to the general director of the Market Operator. Now he is the chair of the supervisory board of the Market Operator.

As ExPro reported, in December 2022, Volodymyr Yegorov became the head of Centrenergo PJSC. The State Property Fund stated that Volodymyr Yegorov graduated from Donetsk State Technical University in 1997 and has a degree in electrical engineering. Two years later, he received a second higher education at the Donetsk State Academy of Management (economist-manager). Yegorov worked as Deputy Commercial Director of Donbasenergo, and Director of D.Trading.
