Andriy Nemirovsky's powers as a member of the board of Ukrenergo terminated

The Supervisory Board of PJSC NPC Ukrenergo terminated the powers of Andriy Nemirovsky as a member of the board. The corresponding decision was made on November 18, reports ExPro.

The reason is the termination of the employment contract by agreement of the parties. Andriy Nemirovsky served as a member of the board of NPC Ukrenergo for 6 months and 19 days.

As previously reported in ExPro, the chief dispatcher and director for management of the unified power system of Ukraine, Vitaliy Zaychenko, has joined the board of NPC Ukrenergo. The new board member's area of responsibility is the centralized operational and technological management of the IPS of Ukraine, coordination of its parallel work with the ENTSO-E energy association.
