AMCU fined the company UAH 1.4 million for conspiring to Ukrgazvydobuvannya's procure

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) established that REY Brovary LLC and Vtormag LLC agreed among themselves on the terms of participation in tenders of Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC (UGV) and thus violated the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Economic Competition".

The companies committed a conspiracy while participating in the procurement of services in the field of management of radioactive, toxic, medical, and hazardous waste, which was announced by UGV. The total amount of expected purchase price was UAH 187 million.

The committee established specific facts that testified to the joint and coordinated behavior of the companies during the preparation and participation in tenders, communication between them, and exchange of information. The purpose of these actions was to ensure the victory of REY Brovary LLC.

AMCU fined REY Brovary LLC and Vtormag LLC a total of UAH 1.4 million for collusion in public procurement.
