Tiligulska WPP, part of DTEK Renewables, is issuing state support for a capacity of 120 MW following the results of the "green" auction. The list of winners is published in the protocol following the auction results, ExPro reported.

The amount of capacity for which the winners are entitled to support following the auction results (80% of the total amount of capacity offered by all participants at the auction): 120 MW.

DTEK's price offer is 7.96 eurocents/kWh.

Thus, this is currently the only effective auction for the allocation of support quotas for wind power facilities.

As previously reported by ExPro, DTEK launched the first run of the Tiligul wind farm in Mykolaiv Oblast in 2023. Most of the phase had already been completed during the full-scale war.

DTEK subsequently announced a plan to increase the capacity of the Tiligul wind farm by €450 million after signing financing agreements with creditors to purchase 64 wind turbines from Vestas, the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturer. This was announced on January 22, 2025. The company plans to complete construction by the end of 2026. The number of turbines in the expanded wind farm will increase from 19 to 83, and capacity will increase fourfold, from 114 to 500 MW.
