McKinsey works out a new corporate strategy of UkrGasVydobuvannya for UAH 67.8 MM

On November 29, 2018, the Prozzoro e-procurement portal reported McKinsey & Company Ukraine as the winner of UkrGasVydobuvannya’s €2.1 MM tender for consulting services in corporate strategy and program formulation.

The expected period for rendering the consulting services was set as 03 September 2018- 02 September 2019.

This was a sole-bidder tender.

There was no any reference as to the day of tender’s announcement, however , after 2.5 months after the alleged tender auction and bid proposal openings, the e-procurement platform reports McKinsey & Company Ukraine as the winner due to the absence of alternative competitors.

In Ukraine, the company is represented by McKinsey & Company Ukraine LLC (directed by Mr. Georges Massoud). This is the second time the company has won in tenders announced by state and public companies of Ukraine. The first public tender, in which the company was successful, was at the end of 2017, when Oschadbank, the state savings bank of Ukraine, paid to the company €0,5 MM for consulting services in shaping the bank’s management and operation strategy.
