DTEK connected another power unit to the power system after repairs

DTEK Energo connected another power unit to the power system after scheduled repairs. In the near future, it is planned to increase the unit's capacity to 170 MW. This was reported in the press service of DTEK.

"Renovated capacities make it possible to increase the operation of thermal generation in the heating season and peaks in electricity consumption," DTEK said.

During 2023, as part of the annual planned repair campaign, DTEK Energo carried out 24 repairs of power units. Investments in the repair campaign, according to preliminary data, amounted to about 4 billion hryvnias, which is almost twice as much as a year earlier.
