Viktor Pinchuk bought 24.4 % share package in Regal Petroleum
The Kelda Limited company from Hong Kong [Viktor Pichuck’s asset-Ed.] through its daughter company Kylestone Limited (British Virgin Islands) acquired 24.4 % share in Regal Petroleum (UK), as reported by Regal Petroleum on London Stock Exchange's website. Some days ago, at the beginning of August 2018, Crosson Overseas Limited (an asset of Alfa Group), as former owner of 24.432% share in Regal Petroleum, withdrew from the company’s shareholdership. Expro’s Ref: Regal Petroleum is developing in Ukraine the Mekhedivsko-Golotovshinske ( MEX-GOL) gas field and the Svyridivske (SV) gas condensate field in the Poltava Region. All operations on behalf of Regal Petroleum are conducted by Smart Holding of Mr. Vadym Novinskiy, who in March of 2011 through his Cyprus-based Energees Management Limited acquired the controlling package in Regal Petroleum.
