Ukrnaftoburinnya will procure 3.5 mil cbm of natural gas to Ukrposhta Ukrainian Postal Service

On October 8, 2018, Ukrnaftoburinnya won the tender of Ukrposhta Ukrainian Postal Service to procure 3.5 mil cbm of natural gas for UAH 37.7 mil including VAT, with a price of UAH 10,771 per 1,000 cbm of natural gas. The delivery of contracted amount of natural gas will last until December 3, 2018. The auction competition for this tender was held on August 21, 2018, with participation of Ukrgasresurs LLC, Ukrnaftoburinnya, OKKO Kontrakt, and ERU Trading LLC. The preliminary winner of this tender was Ukrgasresurs LLC, however it was twice disapproved the tender board. The next coming best bid proposal was from Ukrnaftoburinnya (directed by Mr. Mikhail Bakunenko), as committing for supplies of natural gas at UAH 10,771 per 1,000 cbm. In general, it is the 5th tender for natural gas procurement held by Ukrposhta Ukrainian Postal Service since the beginning of 2018.

The former 4 tenders, each for procurement of 290,000 cbm of natural gas for UAH 4 mil per batch, were held in September 2018. At that time, 3 out of 4 tenders were won by Ukrgasresurs LLC, with the remaining one overcompeted by ERU Trading LLC.
