Ukrgasvydobuvannya will reconstruct Mashivska BCS
Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC plans to reconstruct the Mashivske booster compressor station (BCS) in the Poltava region. This was reported in the EIA Register on July, 2021.
The main purpose of this reconstruction is to provide additional hydrocarbons production by reducing the wellhead pressures at the fields connected to the Mashivska BCS, since the operating mode of the existing Mashivska BCS is limited and cannot provide the required process parameters of gas. The time has come to reconstruct the compressor station, i.e. to completely replace the obsolete equipment of both the first and second compression stages.
According to EIA data, the total capacity of the project BCS is up to 3 million cubic meters a day. The range of working pressure change at the inlet is 0.2 ÷ 0.6 MPa (excessive). The maximum allowable working pressure at the outlet is 5.5 MPa (excessive).
