Ukrgasvydobuvannya will order WWO services for UAH 1.1 billion

UGV has announced a tender for workover and testing of wells at the UGV fields, with an estimated cost of UAH 1.13 billion (VAT included). This was reported February 14 in Prozorro.

One can ask for clarifications regarding the tender until February 25, after which the auction date will be scheduled. Dead- line for submission of bids: March 5, 2020.

Terms of service: December 31, 2020 The specified tender consists of 12 lots, the value of each is 93.9 million UAH (includ- ing VAT).

According to the technical assignment of the procurement, the work is planned to be carried out on the principle of contracting - «at the operating rate» of the WWO crew. The operational rate of the WWO team at 100% of the cost of the crew-hours is used for: well killing; tripping operations; drilling; reaming of the production string; milling; fishing; flushing; acid treatment of the bot- tom zone, etc.

With technological stand-by, the operation- al rate of the WWO crew is 75% of the cost of the crew hours.

According to the tender documentation, the contractor should perform works on work- over of oil and gas wells with a rig with a loading capacity of at least 125 tons.

The scope of work for one rig is six wells. The works are planned to be carried out stage by stage, provided that the first well is successfully completed, the next well is handed over to the contractor. The follow- ing wells are handed over in a similar way.
