UkrGasVydobuvannya plans to spend UAH 194 mil for drilling muds and fluids

On October 3, 2018, UkrGasVydobuvannya announced the 8th tender in a row of FY 2018 procurement plan for drilling muds and fluids, this time at a threshold price of UAH 194 mil including VAT (for 6 wells). Additional information and solicitation documents on the tender can be obtained until October 12, 2018. The deadline for bid proposals is October 24, 2018. The term of procurement is expected until the full completion of the wellbores. The tender includes 3 lots with 2 wellbores per each of the lots:

Lot №1: procurement at threshold price of UAH 60 mil including VAT for drilling muds and fluids for wellbores №179 and №191 on Melikhivske gas field

Lot №2: procurement at threshold price of UAH 91 mil including VAT for drilling muds and fluids for wellbore № 227 of Solokhivske gas field and wellbore № 58 on Komyshnyanske gas field

Lot №3: procurement at threshold price of UAH 42 mil including VAT for drilling muds and fluids for wellbore № 128 on Berezivske gas field.

Previous tender for procurement of drilling muds and fluids was held on September 26, 2018. At that time, out of the 3 bidders the contract was awarded to M-I SWACO Ukraine LLC (directed by Mr. Yevgen Vinishkin) as committing to do the procurement for UAH 69 mil including VAT.
