UGV will order the directional drilling service for 3 wells for UAH 59 million

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC (UGV), part of the Naftogaz Group, announced a tender for the order of directional drilling services at UAH 59 million (including VAT). This was reported on August 28 in the ProZorro system.

One can apply for clarifications on the tender before September 18, 2020 after which the auction will be scheduled. The bidding deadline is September 28, 2020. The term of service provision is until the end of 2021.

According to the terms of reference, the directional drilling services shall be provided in three wells geographically located in the Poltava region. The services are divided into the following lots:

•  Lot #1 - well #365 of the Yablunivske OGCF with a target depth of 5,050m TVD and 5,115m MD. The scope of services includes 99 days with an initial cost of UAH 18.6 million;
•  Lot #2 - Well #59 Komyshnyanske CGF with a TVD of 6,100m, and MD of 6,190m. The scope of services includes 106 days with an initial cost of UAH 20.6 million;
•  Lot #3 - Well #60 Komyshnyanske GCF with a TVD of 6,100m, MD of 6,195m. The scope of services includes 100 days with an initial cost of UAH 19.7 million;

Recall that in July of this year, UGV announced a tender for directional drilling in 5 wells for UAH 61.5 million. The auction will be held on September 28. The bids were submitted by 7 companies, including: Ukrnaftagasservice LLC, Service Oil LLC, Horyzonty Drilling Company LLC, Navicom Energy LLC, Weatherford Ukraine LLC, Denimex Ukraine LLC, and Beiken Energy Ukraine LLC.
