Two Ukrainian and three Chinese companies will provide WO for UAH 473 million

DEC Technic LLC, Region LLC, Dragon Oil Technologies Ukraine LLC (China), Jianye Ukraine LLC (China), Hailon Oil Service and Engineering Ukraine LLC (China) were declared the winners in 10 lots for the purchase of services for the overhaul of oil and gas wells (KRS) at the fields of JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" with a total value of 473 million UAH (including 20% VAT) with a deadline of December 31, 2022. This was reported in the Prozorro system on January 14, 2022.

The tender was held under a special negotiated procurement procedure, without auctions. The main tender for the procurement of Work-Over operations (with an expected value of UAH 2.365 billion), initiated by UGV last year, was suspended for consideration of complaints submitted by bidders to the AMCU since December last year for an indefinite period.

And given the operational need for WO in the shortest possible time is obvious, and possible only under a simplified procedure. The company's operational plans for 2022 include 312 repair operations, including 67 operations by external contractors: 13 WO, 27 drilling operations, 25 hydro fracturing operations, and 2 mechanized production operations.
