Two Naftogaz subsidiaries dismissed their heads
Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC dismissed Serhiy Belyaev from the position of Director of Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC and from the position of Acting General Director of Gas Supply Company Naftogaz Trading LLC. ExPro reports this with reference to data from the YouControl analytical system.
Belyaev had headed Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC since late July 2021, following the dismissal of Maksym Rabinovych. Before that, since January 2021, he had worked as the Financial Director of Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC. The company is responsible for supplying natural gas to more than 12.5 million household consumers in Ukraine.

Naftogaz Trading is responsible for supplying natural gas to public and religious institutions, homeowners’ associations, and district heating companies, as well as industrial consumers working with Naftogaz. In recent years, the company has also purchased domestically produced natural gas on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
The new head
The new head of Gas Supply Company Naftogaz Trading LLC and Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC is Liudmyla Kinder. According to NaftoRynok, Kinder has headed Alliance Holding, which manages the Shell filling station network in Ukraine, since February 15, 2025. Ukrnafta finalized the acquisition of a 51% stake in Alliance Holding in August 2025.
