Smart Energy plans to drill 27 wells for 7 years under the new development strategy

"Smart Energy has drilled 7 wells over the past 5 years, all of which were successful. This allowed us to build the next rather ambitious program for drilling at our fields. Thus, we are planning about 27 wells for the next 7 years," Serhiy Glazunov, CEO of the Smart Energy Group, said in a special interview with ExPro.

Since 2017, Smart Energy Group has doubled its gas production. This growth was due to a successful drilling program, which was based on a detailed study of all available geological data from the fields that the company is developing. In other words, only the creation of high-quality field models helped the company select the proper locations of the wells and increase the drilling success rate from 57% to 100%.
