Sergiy Fedorenko appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Naftogaz Group

Naftogaz Group has appointed Sergiy Fedorenko as its new Chief Commercial Officer, the company’s press service reports.

Before joining Naftogaz, Fedorenko served as Chief Commercial Officer of Ukrnafta, where he was responsible for the purchase and sale of petroleum products, supply logistics, gas and electricity trading, management and development of the filling station network, as well as B2B fuel sales to corporate clients.

Sergiy Fedorenko has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. Before Ukrnafta, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Ukrgasvydobuvannya from 2015 to 2023, where he was also a member of the UGV management board. In addition, from 2019 to 2022, he simultaneously headed Naftogaz Oil Trading.

Following the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Sergiy Fedorenko volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he served in 2022–2023.

The previous Chief Commercial Officer of Naftogaz Group, Dmytro Abramovych, is moving to the position of Advisor to the CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC.

As reported by ExPro, the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC has appointed two new members to the management board – Oksana Volynets and Olena Artazei.
