Natural gas production in November +1%

Natural gas production in Ukraine increased by 1% in November 2021, up to 1.647 bcm, by 13 mcm more than in November 2020. The average daily production stabilized at 54.88 mcm per day, which corresponds to the production volume of October 2021.

The JSC UkrgGasVydobuvannya (UGV) produced 1.13 bcm of gas during the month, by 2% less than in November 2020. At the same time, the average daily gas production by the UGV in November 2021 increased by 30 tcm compared to October 2021, up to 37.55 mcm a day. The UGV's share in the national gas production remains at 68%.

In January-November 2021, Ukraine slashed in natural gas production by 3%,down to 18.1 bcm, which is the lowest value in 6 years. The UGV extracted 12.5 bcm, by 4.3% (560 mcm) less than during the same period of 2020.
