Derzhgeonadra puts on auction the first batch of 10 oil&gas fields

Derzhgeonadra ( State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine) through the Prozorro e-procurement portal put announcement about a permit auction for the first 10 oil&gas fields.

The first batch of 10 oil&gas fields, out of the 39 planned oil&gas fields planned for auctioning by the end of 2019, were announced for the 6 March 2019 E&P permit action on the Prozorro e-procurement portal. The deadline for submission of bid applications for auctioning sessions is planned for 6 March 2019. According to Derzhgeonadra, the permit auctioning of oil&gas fields and their starting prices are as follows:

  • Kniazhytska oil&gas field (Kharkiv Region) with a start price of UAH 498.4 MM
  • Suvorovskaya oil&gas field (Odesa Region) with a start price of UAH 9.2
  • Zakhidnotokarska-Krasnyanskaya oil&gas field (Luhansk Region) with a start price of UAH 4.6 MM
  • Dikhtinetskaya oil&gas field (Chernivtsi Region and Ivano-Frankivsk Region) with a start price of UAH 10.1 MM
  • Pivdenno- Kobzivska oil&gas field (Kharkiv Region) with a start price of UAH 9.6 MM
  • Saltovskaya oil&gas field (Kharkiv Region) with a start price of UAH 18.3 MM
  • Pechenizhko-Kochetkovskaya oil&gas field (Kharkiv Region) with a start price of UAH 11.7 MM
  • Svitanok-Logosovaya oil&gas field (Kharkiv Region) with a start price of UAH 17.7 MM
  • Dubrovsky-Radchenkivska oil&gas field (Poltava region) with a start price of UAH 17.5 MM
  • Vatazhkivska oil&gas field (Poltava Region) with a start price of UAH 18.2 MM.

The E&P permits for the 9 oil& gas fields will last for 20 years, but for Kniazhytska oil&gas, with its proved 0.5 bcm of natural gas, the E&P permit will be granted only for 5 years.
