CMU replaces Olena Kobets with Oleksandr Romaniuk to head the UGV

The Cabinet of Ministers ofUkraine (CMU) approved the decision of the Board of the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine to replace Olena Kobets with Oleksandr Romaniuk to become Director General of the JSC UkrGasVydobuvannia (UGV). The corresponding Order №337-r of April 29, 2022 was published on the website of the CMU.

Kobets was appointed to head the UHG in May 2020, after she headed the UGV's legal department. At the same time, Romanyuk headed the Exploration and Production Division of the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
