Cabinet of Ministers announces competition for two members of the supervisory board of Energoatom

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has announced a competitive selection of candidates for two positions of independent members of the supervisory board of JSC NNEGC Energoatom. This is stated in the relevant Government order dated September 15.

"To announce a competitive selection of candidates for two positions of independent members of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company “National Nuclear Electricity Generating Company “Energoatom,” the order states.

As previously reported in ExPro, in August the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced amendments to the Charter of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”. The number of members of the Supervisory Board was increased to seven.

Currently, the Supervisory Board includes only 4 members (out of 5 previously determined) Yarek Neverovich, Michael Elliot Kirst, Tymofiy Mylovanov, Vitaliy Petruk.

Accordingly, 2 independent members of the Supervisory Board and one representative from the state should be appointed.
