Artem Nekrasov – new Acting Minister of Energy of Ukraine
Artem Nekrasov has been appointed Acting Minister of Energy of Ukraine. The decision was made by the Government at its meeting on 19 November.
Previously, he served as First Deputy Minister of Energy, a position he was appointed to on 1 August 2025. Before joining the Ministry, he headed the state enterprise Guaranteed Buyer.

As reported earlier, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Svitlana Hrynchuk from the post of Minister of Energy of Ukraine on 19 November.
