187 contracts on connection of distributed generation to power grids for 1.2 GW have already been issued

As of September 15, 2024, 187 contracts on the connection of distributed generation to electric grids under a simplified procedure for a total capacity of 1,204 MW have already been issued. This was announced by Yurii Ostap'iuk, head of the department for regulation of relations in the field of energy of the NEURC during the IX Business&Legal Energy Forum.

Also, according to the procedure for connecting to gas distribution systems, 414 contracts and technical conditions were issued for connecting distributed generation with a total electric capacity of 1,410 MW.
