Ukrgasvydobuvannya plans development and production at the Zolochivsky block

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC plans to produce hydrocarbons at the recently acquired Yuliyivske field (Zolochivsky block) in the Kharkiv region. This was reported in the Unified EIA Register on June 1.

Works on the field will be performed by Shebelynkagasvydobuvannya GPD, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC.

Today, on the territory of the Zolochivsky block of the Yuliyivske field, the total number of the wells includes 3 exploration, 2 appraisal, and 1 production well. Industrial gas-bearing capacity of the Zolochivsky block was established in S-4u, V-16, V-19, V-19l, V-20, and V-25-26 horizons.

The Yuliyivske field was discovered in 1987 and put into development in 1999. Precambrian, Carboniferous, Permian, Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous, Paleogene, and Neogene-Quaternary deposits compose the geological structure of the Zolochivsky block.

Recall that on April 21 Ukrgasvydobuvannya won the electronic auction of SSGSU for the sale of the Yuliyivske field, for UAH 120.6 million (with a starting price of UAH 58.7 million).
