Smart Energy started drilling the well # 54 of the Sviridovske field

The British company Regal Petroleum, which is part of the Smart Energy group, started drilling a new well # 54 with a projected depth of 5320 m at the Sviridovske field in the Poltava region. This is stated in the message on their website October 16, 2019.

The intended completion date of drilling is planned by the end of the second quarter of 2020, and the beginning of production, subject to further successful tests, in the third quarter of 2020.

"We continue to apply the best drilling, rigging and well testing technologies. And at this facility we plan to apply additional innovations. This will allow us to open up productive horizons qualitatively and to continue the tendency of increasing the total production volumes, ”said the technical director of the Smart Energy group, Viktor Dudzich.

We should recall, Regal Petroleum recently informed about a stable industrial inflow of natural gas and gas condensate at well # 119 of the Mehedov-Golotovschina field in Poltava region, which was started in February 2019.
