SE Guaranteed Buyer paid UAH 2.65 billion to RES electricity producers in July 2021

The SE Guaranteed Buyer paid UAH 2.65 billion to producers of electricity from renewable energy sources (RES) in July 2021, including amounts indebted for electricity in previous months.

This was announced on August 2, 2021, by the press service of the SE Guaranteed Buyer.

"In July 2021, the state-run company SE Guaranteed Buyer paid to "green" electricity generators more than UAH 2.65 billion. Currently, settlements due for the last year are continuing, as well as payments for the current period are being made,” the state-owned company said in its statement.

In particular, on the last working day of July 2021, the SE Guaranteed Buyer transferred almost UAH 1 billion to RES electricity producers:

  • UAH 412 million - for June 2021- the level of payment is 69%;
  • UAH 328 million - for July 2021- the level of payment is 64%;
  • UAH 133 million - for May 2021 - payment level 73%
