Naftogaz will increase gas prices by 15% in November
NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine will increase gas price for the households in November by 14.7% (by UAH 626.24) - to UAH 4 899 / thousand m 3. It is reported on company`s web page.
"In November, the price of natural gas for the households and other consumers receiving regulated gas (PSO) will be 4 899 UAH / thousand m 3 (excluding VAT, retail gas margin and transportation costs)," –the message informed.
Naftogaz notes that the price of gas for the population for November 2019. is the lowest price for this month since 2016.
The press office also noted that in November, the regulated gas price was higher than the price on the terms of the offer from NJSC "gas reserve" (UAH 4 874,42), so consumers who took advantage of this offer will save their money.
As previously reported, according to the regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 485 of June 5, 2019, since June, Naftogaz is obliged to sell gas to the households at the minimum value of the four formed on the market: average import price according to the MEDT; NAC price for industry; weighted average auction price on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange, special obligations under Resolution No. 867.
