DTEK Naftogaz plans construction of directional well №57 on Machukhske field
Naftogasvydobuvannya, a member of the DTEK Naftogaz Group of companies, plans to drill and tie-in the appraisal and production directional well No. 57 of the Machukhske gas condensate field (GCF) in the Poltava region. This was reported in the EIA Register on July 9, 2020.
According to the report, drilling of the specified well with a depth of 5,570m for recovery of the productive horizon C1t (T-2-4) is expected using Bentec 450 (2000 HP) drilling rig with a lifting capacity of 450 tonnes, or Drillmec 1500 HP Winter with a lifting capacity of at least 345 tonnes with a diesel drive.
The drilling method is rotary, using a hydraulic DDM, combined. During well tie-in to the gas treatment plant (GTP), it is planned to lay two gas flow lines and two inhibitor lines. Also, during tie-in to the existing communications of the Machukhske GTP, installation and connection of two pumps of the Lewa membrane type is planned.
The expected flow rate is 350 thousand cubic meters per day.
