Davidson & Company re-appointed auditor of Cub Energy

Davidson & Company LLP became Cub Energy’s auditor for 2020 for the second year in a row, as reported in the results of the company’s annual meeting of shareholders of June 17, 2020.

Frank Mermud, Patrick McGrand and John Booth were re-elected to the Board of Directors of Cub Energy, and Mikhail Afendikov was re-appointed Chairman of the Board.

At this meeting, a decision was made to change the Charter and revise the share placement plan. Also at the meeting 205,164,095 shares were presented, which amounted to 65.3% of the issued and outstanding shares of Cub Energy.
