Burisma will order Bit Services and Drilling Services for well No. 2 of Klubanivsko-Zubrenkivska Area

The ESKO-Pivnich Energo-Service Company, part of Burisma Group, has announced two drilling services tenders for the needs of the Poltava Drilling Company, namely cushion subs, downhole drilling motors (DDM), jars, telemetry equipment and footage bit services for well No. 2 of the Klubanivsko-Zubrenkivska area. This was reported on March 12 in the Smarttender system.

ESKO-Pivnich has reportedly announced the following tenders:

  • 1. Bit services in well No. 2 of the Klubanivsko-Zubrenkivska area. According to the tender documents, the procurement includes two lots:

- Footage bit services at drilling interval 290-3,500 m, bit ø 12 ¼

- Footage bit services at drilling interval 3,500-4,960 m, bit ø 8 ½

It is recommended to use the bits of the following manufacturers: SMITH BITS, Halliburton, NOV (Reed Hycalog), Baker Hughes, Varel, Ulterra. Bidding deadline is March 25, 2020.

  • 2. Services for cushion subs, DDM, jars, telemetry equipment and engineering support during drilling well No. 2 of the Klubanivsko-Zubrenkivska area.

Directional well drilling with a TVD of 4,852m and MD of 4,960m is expected. Drilling method is combined (rotor+ DDM). The estimated rate of drilling at depth interval 290-3,500m (ø311.1mm bit) is 11m per hour; at 3,500-4,960m (ø215.9mm bit) is 6 m per hour. Bidding deadline is March 26, 2020. It is recommend to include in the bid for service works equipment of Venzel, NOV, Schlumberger, and Bico manufacturers.
