Burisma Group conducts inclined-directional drilling of well # 9 of Rokytne deposit

Burisma International Energy Group announces the drilling of the next directional well # 9 with a projected depth of 3800 m at Rokytnyanke field in Kharkiv region, informs the company on their webpage burisma-group.com on 8 October, 2019.

Director of the Board of Directors of Burisma Group Karina Zlochevska noted that a month ago the drilling of this well was started with a drilling rig manufactured by Gardner Denver-Harnishfreger (USA), which enables efficient and high-precision well drilling the required angle.

The Burisma Group also reports that last year the company conducted additional thematic seismic surveys. The interpretation of the results made it possible to plan the drilling of new wells, including well # 9 at the Rokytnyanke field.

One may recall that in early September 2019, the Burisma Group announced the completion of 3D seismic survey at Rokytnyanke field over 175 square kilometers. it was immediately mentioned that similar seismic exploration works were underway at the Ogultsiv gas condensate field, and would be carried out at the Kubashiv and Klubanskaya squares.
